A leading Automotive Tier Supplier is looking for a seasoned Automation Engineer to enhance and sustain high-level automation solutions in a fast-paced production environment. In this position, you will be responsible for working on projects involving industrial automation including robotics, PLC, and HMI.
Job Function:
- Identify, configure, and maintain intricate automation equipment
- Work in tandem with maintenance to ensure upkeep of equipment
- Modify and maintain electrical installations, safety systems and communication network
- Write and modify industrial robot programs involving robotics automation
- Drive process enhancements and facilitate equipment implementation
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing setting
- Strong competence with PLC programming (Allen Bradley)
- Ability to interpret schematics and troubleshoot
