Primary Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize supplier relationships, enhance service levels, and ensure cost effectiveness across various procurement categories.
- Leads cross-functional teams in executing indirect procurement strategies, including RFx processes, supplier negotiations, and the establishment of selection criteria.
- Researches industry trends and best practices to streamline operational processes and improve procurement efficiencies.
- Formulates negotiation strategies, conducts supplier risk assessments, and negotiates contracts to achieve favorable terms and conditions.
- Utilizes spend analytics to identify and prioritize sourcing projects, contributing to long-term procurement planning.
- Monitors category performance against savings targets and operational objectives, ensuring effective supplier management.
- Cultivates strong internal relationships to facilitate collaborative procurement efforts.
- Drives continuous improvement in supplier performance to meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Prepares business cases and presents cost-saving proposals for stakeholder review and approval.
- Ensures procurement activities comply with legal, financial, and regulatory standards, including JSOX requirements.
- Upholds global procurement policies and procedures to maintain consistency and adherence across the organization.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in procurement or category management, ideally within a multinational environment.
- Expertise in managing various categories of spend, with a focus on professional services and marketing.
- Demonstrated proficiency in leading RFx processes and supplier negotiations.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with a proven track record of achieving cost savings.
- Comprehensive understanding of contract management and procurement best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Ability to transition seamlessly between tactical execution and strategic planning.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and leadership skills in a dynamic work environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant procurement tools.
Other Requirements:
- Preferred certifications include CPSM, CPM, CPP, CPIM, or equivalent designations.
- Physical requirements: Ability to perform typical office tasks, occasional lifting up to 20 pounds, and accommodations available for individuals with disabilities.

Compensation:
- Target salary range: $96,600.00 to $118,000.00.
