Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for construction materials and supplies.
- Collaborate with project managers, procurement, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
- Analyze historical data, market trends, and project schedules to refine demand planning processes.
- Prepare and present demand reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:
