Your Role:
- Lead and manage key operational teams.
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
- Drive process optimization to improve productivity and quality.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs, quality standards, and safety regulations.
What We're Looking For:
- Background in logistics or supply chain management.
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in logistics or operations.
- Expertise in process management, quality control, and e-commerce logistics (B2B/B2C).
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems and logistics processes.
- Fluent in German AND English at a professional level.
- Excellent communication and a solution-oriented mindset.
