Environment, Health, and Safety Manager needed for a Leading Electronics Manufacturer

A leading Manufacturing company is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety Manager to join their growing manufacturing team. The Environmental Health and Safety Manager is responsible for leading the implementation, coordination, and sustainment of EHS programs at the local site level and championing site initiatives to ensure compliance with local and federal regulations. The EHS manager will inspect the facility to identify safety, health, and environmental risks, as well as develop and implement policies and procedures.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- 5+ years EHS experience in a highly-engineered function
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Safety, Occupational Safety and Health, or related
- Extensive knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations
- Certified Environmental, Industrial Hygiene, or Safety professional
- Proficient in technology and equipment used in environmental inspections
- Computer software/analytical skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Power BI)
EHS Manager Responsibilities:
- Inspect the facility to identify safety, health, and environmental risks
- Develop/implements health & safety policies and procedures at the manufacturing site
- Conduct accident investigations, determines root cause, and implements corrective actions
- Cover emergency procedures, workplace safety
- Monitors compliance with safety procedures
- Conduct Safety Training for existing and new employees
