Job Title: Electrical Facilities Engineer
Purpose: The Electrical Facilities Engineer will oversee, maintain, and improve site electrical systems, including high voltage distribution, switching, substations, power monitoring, lighting, and controls. This role ensures electrical reliability, safety, and compliance, supporting both daily operations and long-term goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in electrical systems within an industrial or manufacturing facility.
- Knowledge of power distribution, control systems, and electrical safety standards.
- Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP).
- Experience with CMMS for tracking maintenance activities.
- Understanding of OSHA and NFPA standards.
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with PLCs, SCADA, and automation technologies.
- Knowledge of energy management and sustainability practices.
- Project management experience in electrical system upgrades.
- Familiarity with backup power systems (generators, UPS).
Key Responsibilities:
