Summary:
A world-leading USA based Defense company is seeking an experienced Field Controls Specialist to lead the maintenance and troubleshooting of automated systems. This individual will be responsible for maintaining electrical systems as well as troubleshooting PLC.
The Field Controls Specialist will be responsible for:
- PLC and HMI troubleshooting (Allen Bradley)
- Traveling to client sites (75% travel - domestic & international)
- Installation of automated systems
- Project Management
The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma and/or Associate's Degree
- 5+ years of experience in installation & maintenance of control systems
- Strong background with Allen Bradley PLC (troubleshooting)
- Willing to travel 75%
- Nice to have: diesel generator experience
