DSJ Global is currently seeking a Formulation Pilot Plant Team Leader to join our client's manufacturing facility located in Greensboro, NC. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in engineering, previous formulation and team leadership experience, and will be responsible for leading the formulation team in the pilot plant.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of formulation scientists and technicians in the pilot plant
- Develop and implement formulation processes for new products
- Ensure that all formulation processes are running safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that new products are developed to meet customer needs
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Qualifications:
- Strong technical background in engineering
- Previous formulation and team leadership experience
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments
