DSJ Global is currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Global Procurement Indirect Category Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop procurement strategies for IT, Professional Services, and Capital Expenditures categories
- Implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining high-quality standards
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers/vendors that align with the company's goals
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across all levels of the organisation
Qualifications:
To qualify for this position you must have:
Education/Experience :
-A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
-Minimum 7 years' relevant work experience within indirect category management including spend analysis; strategic sourcing; contract negotiation ; supplier relationship management.
-Knowledgeable on industry trends specifically focused around Cloud technology services , Software licenses contracts ,Consultancy engagements ,
Hardware infrastructure deployments etc .
Skills :
-Proven ability to manage complex negotiations at senior stakeholder level .
-Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal .
-Self-motivated individual who takes initiative
-Demonstrated critical thinking abilities
