About:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Global Logistics Leader to manage our global freight forwarder partnerships. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient and cost-effective logistics operations across ocean, air, and freight transportation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with global freight forwarders to meet business needs.
- Create and monitor a set of KPIs for third-party logistics (3PL) operations, lead Quarterly Business Reviews, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Anticipate and plan for potential external events that could disrupt global material flows, developing strategies to minimize business risks.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement logistics network solutions, particularly during mergers, acquisitions, or other supply chain changes.
- Play a key role in ocean, air, and road RFI/RPI processes and lead the implementation of results.
Qualifications:
- 5+ year's experience in global logistics and supply chain management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or relevant field
- Proven ability to develop and track KPIs
- 20% travel required
