Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with engineers to understand component specifications and requirements, ensuring alignment with technical standards and product goals.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies for components, considering engineering specifications, quality standards, and cost-efficiency.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a consistent supply of high-quality components.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure adherence to agreed-upon terms and delivery schedules, taking corrective actions when necessary.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, production, and quality assurance teams to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement in component procurement.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (Engineering background preferred).
