Location: Denmark
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 10+ years in logistics and transport, with a strong focus on fleet control.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English; Danish proficiency preferred.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading international teams, overseeing 10 fleet operations specialists.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel 5 days a month for negotiations and stakeholder meetings.
- Cost control and budget management.
- Organisational skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills in English.
Key Responsibilities:
MOT Flow Optimisation:
- Spearhead strategies to enhance MOT flow efficiency, ensuring seamless operations.
- Implement innovative solutions to optimise fleet performance and minimise downtime.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and inspire a diverse team of 10 fleet operations specialists across the globe.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement within the team.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Act as a liaison between different departments, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
Tender Management:
- Oversee the tender process with a focus on negotiations and budget management.
- Drive strategic initiatives to secure and enhance partnerships with key clients.
