General Summary
A leading Automotive OEM organization is currently seeking an Industrial Engineering Sales Manager to their growing team to serve as a Key Account Manager working with new and existing clients. This role will focus heavily on engine and drive systems for marine and industrial organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a Key Account Manager for new and existing accounts while managing relationship to ensure customer satisfaction
- Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions
- Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain our company's products or services to customers
- Analyze and research potential accounts
- Discussing equipment needs and system requirements with customers and engineers
- Build an analysis of each project and alongside the Sales Support team propose a solution and price quote
The Ideal Candidate will have
- Bachelors Degree (Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or highly technical specialties preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in technical sales and/or engine related systems
- Experience working with engine systems .
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Must be willing to travel as needed to different sites (up to 60%)
