Role Overview:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling products and services via telephone and internet, maintaining and growing customer relationships, and supporting post-sale activities. You will work closely with Field Sales to achieve regional sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires strategic outreach, a deep understanding of product line, and proactive engagement with potential and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent and communicate product line to potential and current customers.
- Increase inside sales and market share within a defined territory through strategic outreach and proactive sales activities.
- Identify and create a high-priority target account contact database within defined regions.
- Follow up on leads, determine the status of quotations, and set appointments for Field Sales as appropriate.
- Partner effectively with Field Sales to drive full-cycle sales coverage and achieve regional goals.
- Participate in trade shows and on-site/off-site customer visits as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- 0-3 years of experience in a sales-related position.
- Technical background and knowledge of industrial products is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Quick learner, receptive to coaching, and collaborative.
- Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and follow-up skills.
- High energy, proactive, and goal oriented.
- Willingness to relocate for sales advancement opportunities.
