Your Responsibilities:

Develop solution concepts and specifications for MES projects.
Gather, document, and analyse customer requirements to design tailored MES solutions.
Oversee project management of MES implementations, ensuring alignment with system capabilities and project budgets.
Work closely with a developer team to execute tasks, define next steps, and optimise system performance.
Serve as the interface between customers and internal teams, collaborating with automation, digitisation, and data science departments.
Continuously expand knowledge of technical systems, interfaces, and industry trends.
Lead discussions and provide technical guidance to customer specialist groups.

Your Profile:

Degree or training in automation technology, computer science, business informatics, or software development.
Relevant professional experience in production or industrial environments.
Strong requirements engineering background.
Ideally, experience with databases and high-level programming languages (alternative qualifications in automation, MES, or production systems are also valued).
Experience in chemical and pharmaceutical industries is an advantage.
Familiarity with MES platforms (Siemens, AVEVA, Rockwell) is a plus.
Proficiency in English and German (written and spoken).
Excellent soft skills and facilitation abilities for stakeholder engagement.
Strong understanding of technical processes and system interactions.
High quality awareness and openness to new technologies and challenges.
