On behalf of a major multinational FMCG company, we are recruiting for a:
Maintenance Manager
Reporting to: Production Unit Manager
Tasks
- Lead team of technicians and engineers: up to 20 people
- Coordinate active and predictive maintenance for the assigned production unit
- Ensure production continuity and work on production adjustments to support new product launches
- Implement optimization and lean processes into the maintenance activities
Requirements and skills
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university with STEM major
- At 7 years working experience in maintenance
- Experience with FMCG production lines: strong technical knowledge of filling, rounding, labeling, capping, bottling machines
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing technical teams
- Fluency in Mandarin and good knowledge of English
