Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
- Lead, motivate, and support the maintenance team, ensuring high standards of performance and a positive work environment.

Maintenance Operations:
- Oversee day-to-day maintenance tasks, ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance activities are performed efficiently.
- Minimize production downtime by managing maintenance schedules and coordinating repairs as needed.
Planning & Strategy Support:
- Assist in implementing maintenance plans and strategies that align with company goals, ensuring equipment reliability and productivity.
- Contribute to planning for long-term asset reliability and risk management.
Collaboration with Stakeholders:
- Work closely with production, engineering, and safety teams to align on maintenance priorities and goals.
- Ensure effective communication with other departments to streamline maintenance operations.
Performance & Budget Management:
- Support budget management for the maintenance department, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
- Track team performance and productivity KPIs, taking action to address areas for improvement.
Compliance & Safety:
- Promote and uphold safety standards, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
- Drive safety initiatives within the maintenance team, fostering a safe and secure working environment.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to improve maintenance practices and introduce new techniques that increase equipment efficiency and reduce downtime.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a maintenance leadership role, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or production settings.
- Proven experience implementing maintenance processes and best practices.
- Strong communication and team-building skills, with the ability to engage and support diverse teams.
