Job Title: Manager, Quality Assurance

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years in management, 3+ years in quality (preferably food/beverage)
- Minimum 2 years in beverage/food/liquid manufacturing
- Strong negotiation, communication, and MS Office skills
- Positive, multitasking attitude with HACCP certification or ability to obtain
Overview:
The Manager oversees plant-level quality assurance for multi-state distribution, ensuring safe, consistent product production and implementing corporate QA policies.
Essential Functions:
- Lead Food Safety Modernization Act implementation
- Implement corporate QA programs to prevent issues
- Monitor product quality and supervise the team
- Develop employee skills and manage department spending
- Ensure audit readiness and support various audits
- Drive process improvement and develop necessary plans
- Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with R&D
- Manage regulatory components within the region

- Communicating financial information effectively
- Proficiency in Presage, Margin Miner, JDE, etc.
- Positive, adaptable attitude with strong multitasking abilities
- Meeting deadlines accurately in a fast-paced environment
