Our client, a leading building materials company, is seeking a Manufacturing Production Supervisor to join their team in Prince George, VA. The ideal candidate will have a manufacturing background, previous supervisor or team lead experience, and a passion for leading a production team. As the Manufacturing Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for monitoring and controlling KPI's and other production-related functions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a production team to ensure production goals are met
- Monitor and control KPI's and other production-related functions
- Ensure all safety and quality standards are met
- Train and mentor team members to improve their skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production and delivery of products
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
