A global Chemical Manufacturing company is looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join their team in the Greater Beaumont area. This is a company that manufactures and supplies essential materials, including petrochemicals, fibers, yarns, and fertilizers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Maintenance on rotating and fixed equipment
- Assist sites as needed on mechanical related failures, turbomachinery issues, reliability improvements, capital projects, and assistance during turnarounds.
- Support site efforts to continually improve the long-term equipment availability and performance of rotating and fixed assets
- Work with the procurement group on mechanical services and equipment initiatives
Qualifications:
- Engineering Degree Required. BS in Mechanical Engineering preferred
- Minimum of 10 years relevant maintenance/engineering experience in a process industry such as petrochemical plant, chemical plant, or refinery required
- years turbomachinery experience preferred
- Must have ability to obtain a TWIC card
