Job Overview
As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and troubleshooting manufacturing processes for RF/microwave microelectronics. You will work closely with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure the efficiency, reliability, and scalability of our high-precision semiconductor manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for RF and microwave microelectronics.
- Support new product introduction (NPI) and process development for semiconductor fabrication.
- Improve yield, quality, and reliability through data-driven process enhancements.
- Implement and maintain LEAN, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing challenges related to materials, fabrication, and assembly.
- Collaborate with design, test, and R&D teams to align manufacturing capabilities with product requirements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality control protocols.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in process engineering within semiconductor, microelectronics, or aerospace manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience with thin-film deposition, photolithography, etching, wire bonding, or die attach.
- Knowledge of RF/microwave circuit design and high-frequency packaging is a plus.
- Familiarity with LEAN/Six Sigma methodologies and process automation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
