Summary: This company is one of Americas leading food companies known for its diverse range of popular products! My client is looking for an individual to join their team as a PSM Coordinator at one of their key snack production sites.
The PSM Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Coordinate and support PSM activities across departments.
- Advise management on PSM issues and develop solutions.
- Set and achieve PSM goals for continuous improvement.
- Ensure plant processes comply with PSM policies and regulations.
- Manage change and incident reporting software.
- Conduct incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate PSM documentation and stay updated on regulations.
- Plan and schedule maintenance tasks for efficiency and safety.
The PSM Coordinator will have:
- Associate's degree
- Manufacturing Experience
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and compliance management.
- Expertise in hazard analysis, risk assessment, and safety audits.
