As the Supply Chain Manager specializing in MRO, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our procurement operations to ensure efficient and cost-effective sourcing of goods and services. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of procurement related to MRO supplies, while also contributing to the broader procurement strategy. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive MRO procurement strategy, aligning it with the company's goals and objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with MRO suppliers, negotiating contracts, terms, and conditions to secure favorable agreements.
- Continuously seek cost-saving opportunities through supplier negotiations, process improvements, and identifying alternative sourcing options.
- Oversee MRO inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies are available while minimizing excess stock and obsolescence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including maintenance, engineering, and finance, to ensure alignment and support for MRO procurement needs.
- Implement and maintain procurement best practices, compliance, and policies in accordance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CIPS) is a plus.
