Overview: The Procurement Sourcing Analyst is responsible for creating meaningful analyses and reports using both internal and external tools and data sources.
Responsibilities:
- Aids in category management activities by conducting prompt and thorough data analysis.
- Participates in the assessment of vendors.
- Assists in maintaining uniform records for items and vendors.
- Introduces new vendors, sets up items, and conducts cost analyses.
- Oversees the organization of procurement documents, files, reports, and presentations.
- Carries out additional assigned tasks as necessary.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics Management, Mathematics, Business, or 2-4 years of equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel (including worksheet functions, Pivot Table reports, and charting/graphing), and Access (including query creation, text file import, and Excel export).
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and work autonomously.
