Responsibilities:
Leadership and Culture: Engage with our employees to foster a positive company culture that aligns with our business strategy and core values.
Vision and Priorities: Foster and support a shared vision of business priorities, goals, and future growth.
Standards and Efficiency: Collaborate with management to establish safety, quality, and production standards. Develop budgetary controls and gather data on product specifications, quantities, and delivery schedules.
Production Coordination: Coordinate production activities with planning and scheduling teams, warehouses, procurement, and maintenance to optimize resource utilization, ensuring that customer demand is met efficiently.
Continuous Improvement: Analyze production and operational reports to identify nonconformities and production issues. Implement improvements to prevent their recurrence.
Technical Interface: Serve as the technical liaison between the laboratory and operations personnel, ensuring effective transfer of processes and methods.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM-related discipline, preferably in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Chemistry.
- A minimum of 5 years of management experience in a batch processing facility.
- Strong preference for experience with SAP.
- Familiarity with visual factory environments, housekeeping standards, and 5S/6S methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage change and build cohesive, interdependent teams.
- Experience with relevant EPA and OSHA regulations.
- Familiarity with ISO, TS, IATF, and other industry standards.
