You will lead procurement activities on international projects, particularly within the CAPEX, Carbon Capture and Cement sectors. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in our global project portfolio, working alongside leading experts in the industry while contributing to the development of sustainable solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead procurement activities for international CAPEX projects, working closely with multiple Projects Carbon Capture and Cement initiatives.
- Hold commercial responsibility for all tendering processes
- Co-manage the Project Procurement Plan and support bundling efforts within the project. Coordinate sourcing activities with stakeholders, including developing the Tender Sourcing Strategy and Resource Allocation Plan.
- Your responsibilities will include overseeing all project-related sourcing documentation, as well as draft EPC contracts in alignment with Group interests and drive initiatives to boost procurement from Low-Cost Countries (LCC).
- Supervise a wide range of project roles, ensuring the efficient, cost-effective, and timely delivery of materials and services for the project.
- Key responsibilities include establishing procurement schedules and coordinating procurement activities across onshore, offshore, and on-site operations.
- Regularly monitor supplier compliance with contractual obligations, including customs and duties, and prepare monthly Procurement Progress Reports for both Procurement management and the project team.
Your profile:
- At least 8 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, and project management, preferably within the energy or oil & gas industries.
- A strong understanding of procurement processes, policies, and regulations, with demonstrated experience in managing procurement for large-scale plant projects.
- A good grasp of EPC contract terms and project management is essential.
- Proven ability to manage supplier relationships, including negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related technical field is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for effective negotiation and interaction with stakeholders.
- Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in additional languages being a plus.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams, coaching, and stakeholder management is highly desirable
