Job Summary:
The Purchasing Manager will play a vital role in overseeing the procurement of materials, components, and services essential for our manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies that align with company objectives.
- Manage the entire procurement process, from supplier selection to contract negotiation and purchase order management.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance procurement efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
- Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and competitive pricing.
- Monitor inventory levels to optimize stock and minimize excess or shortages.
- Ensure compliance with aerospace industry standards and regulations in all purchasing activities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of purchasing experience, with a minimum of 2 years in aerospace manufacturing.
- Proven ability in negotiation and supplier management.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in procurement software and tools.
