Job Description
The QHSE Manager is responsible for quality, health, safety, and environmental activities within the facilities in the Netherlands. There will be a strong emphasis on driving the company towards consistent performance across all locations. This role reports to the Plant Manager and works closely with operational teams and broader regional and global quality and HSE team members.
Responsibilities:
- Provide specialist advice and guidance on risk management and risk mitigation initiatives.
- Utilise QHSE technical expertise and ensure full compliance with HSE legislation and best practices.
- Maintain an effective management system that meets the requirements of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, and company requirements.
- Ensure safe work systems for routine and non-routine activities and an effective change management process.
- Take responsibility for QHSE KPIs and related RCA/RCCMs, including responding to customer non-conformity reports (NCRs).
Experience Requirements:
- Solid knowledge of QHSE and best practices.
- Experience maintaining MSDS, COSHH, and risk analysis databases, along with quality management systems.
- 3-5 years of experience as a QHSE professional in a manufacturing and/or engineering environment.
- Proficiency in speaking and writing Dutch.
