Quality Manager - Paper Mill

The Quality Manager oversees the quality systems at our facility, ensuring timely responses to customer feedback and complaints. This role serves as the primary liaison between customers and the production team to address quality concerns.
The Quality Manager will be responsible for:
- Ensure product quality at the facility.
- Investigate and respond to customer claims promptly.
- Participate in customer visits as needed.
- Plan and manage trials within the facility, maintaining records.
- Regularly review and update the FDA-approved chemical list and document control system.
- Attend and participate in department meetings.
- Manage job assignments and training plans.
- Participate in lab activities and reporting.
- Interact frequently with Sales and Corporate Customer Technical Services.
- Oversee Technical Lab activities.
The Quality Manager will have the following qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in quality manufacturing
- 3+ years in a leadership role
- Experience in the paper mill/paper manufacturing
