Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Operations Director to join our dynamic team in the food and beverage industry. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while overseeing operations across 7 facilities spanning 3 different states.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize regional operations, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
- Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, including logistics, supply chain management, and distribution processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and drive improvements.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage regional budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations and safety standards, promoting a safe and compliant work environment.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and customers, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on regional operations performance to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management within the food and beverage industry, with a strong focus on logistics and supply chain.
