Currently partnered with an America founded Freight Forwarding company, who after a successful 2024 now sit within the top 25 Freight Forwarding companies globally. After multiple years in business our client has gained trusted partnerships in nearly every industry across 150+ global locations.
Currently looking to bring on a sales director based in Germany to manage and spearhead the growth of their German sales function:
Required experience:
- 3+ Years Demonstrated management experience, having led teams of 10 and achieved sales targets.
- 10+ Years experience in with both Air and Ocean freight
- Demonstrated success in growing sales, building relationships, and leading high-performing sales teams
- Own the P&L, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency.
- Fluency in both English and German is essential
