Your position
In this position, you and your team are responsible for commercial success. In order to contribute to the success, you will be assigned your own work area or portfolio and
you are mainly responsible for actively hunting for new business and implementing it within the organization. You will also be given a lot of space to shape the position, achieve your targets and think along to take the entire sales team to a higher level.
Your responsibilities
Continuously working on expanding the customer base through acquisition, developing presentations, making customer visits and keeping up with market developments;
Develop and implement strategic account plans in his/her portfolio.
Maintain and increase turnover within the existing customer portfolio
Identify leads, nurture prospects, close deals and implement new business.
Generate new (strategic) customers and develop strong relationships with key decision makers
Draw up sales and pricing strategies in consultation with the Sales Director.
Your Skills and Experiences
- Minimum HBO work and thinking level;
- Minimum 5 years of proven successful sales experience in a similar environment;
- Very commercial and target-oriented;
- Communicative, persuasive, diplomatic;
- Customer and result-oriented, entrepreneur and initiative-taking;
- In possession of a driving license B
