Summary:
A global leader in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing is seeking a highly experienced Senior Director of Engineering to lead key disciplines within the Engineering, Capital Projects, and Maintenance groups. This individual will be responsible for driving budgets, managing a group of technical staff, and communicating cross-functionally with Senior Leadership. This person will be expected to have a strong background within the Pharmaceutical industry.
The Senior Director of Engineering will be responsible for:
- Provide technical guidance for all Engineering Managers
- Work with compliance for FDA purposes
- Meeting deadlines for large capital projects
- Driving day-to-day production of the team
- Reporting to shareholders
The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- 15+ years of Engineering experience
- 3+ years in a team lead/management position with direct reports
- Pharmaceutical industry experience (biologics is a plus!)
- Strong knowledge of FDA & ISO regulations for compliance purposes
