As a (Senior) Global sourcing & purchasing, you will play a pivotal role in their strategic procurement team, contributing to their mission of excellence in procurement operations.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional team and develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships.
- Conduct market analysis to stay updated on industry trends and supplier capabilities specific to semiconductor manufacturing.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to procurement activities.
- Manage procurement and capital expenditure purchasing for semiconductor manufacturing equipment, spare part or others.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineer, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing procurement projects in the Manufacturing, Hardware, Tech, or Semiconductor industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
