Process Engineering Project Lead - Biotech/Pharma Industry

Your Role:
- Oversee and contribute to the design and execution of biotechnological and pharmaceutical plant projects.
- Conduct process engineering calculations and develop process flow diagrams (PFDs) and piping & instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs).
- Define technical specifications for equipment and ensure alignment with project requirements.
- Evaluate and compare supplier proposals based on technical and regulatory criteria.
- Coordinate key stakeholders, including subcontractors, engineering teams, and clients, ensuring seamless project execution.
- Manage or support commissioning activities, acceptance tests, and site supervision.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring junior engineers, and fostering knowledge-sharing within the team.
- Travel flexibility or proximity to Visp preferred.
What You Bring:
- A degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Biotech Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in process plant design, implementation, and commissioning within the biotech/pharma industry.
- Proficiency in German and English.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle projects independently.
- Hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- A team-oriented mindset with a customer- and quality-focused approach.
