Ideal Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate should have:
- A minimum of five years experience in an industrial engineering or research & design capacity related specifically to consumer goods or FMCGs focused on home decoration.
- Demonstrated prowess in managing extensive projects that involve intricate coordination between various stakeholders including suppliers and internal departments.
- Prior exposure working directly with Asian manufacturers is highly desirable for effective cross-cultural collaboration
