Role: The Regional Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our market presence within the designated region. This role requires a strong commercial mindset, exceptional sales skills, and a deep understanding of the logistics and transportation industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve regional sales targets and objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential clients and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client requirements and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the logistics and transportation industry.
- Strong commercial mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required.
