As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining existing customer relationships, and managing the end-to-end sales process.
Responsibilities:
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Developing new business opportunities by identifying potential clients through research, networking, or cold calling
- Maintaining existing customer relationships while continuously expanding sales revenue
- Managing the end-to-end sales process including prospecting, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
- Meeting monthly/quarterly/yearly targets set by management
Qualifications & Skills required:
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
1. 5+ years of experience selling air/ocean freight solutions with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
2. A bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration or Logistics Management from an accredited institution, would be preferred but not mandatory.
3. Excellent verbal/written communication skills in both German (native) and English (fluent).
4. Strong analytical ability with excellent problem-solving skills.
5. A high level of energy, motivation, and drive, capable of working independently.
