A renowned company in the Renewables and Energy sector is recruiting a Senior Sourcing Leader, Spares and Repairs to join its team in Zurich.
Working with the Head of Sourcing you will manage the spares and repairs category across the group.
This will be a highly strategic and technical role that will be instrumental in coordinating with regional buyers and creating and driving long term strategy for your category area.
You will support the Head of Sourcing in systems and process improvements to drive efficiency's across the sourcing team.
As Senior Sourcing Lead you will be responsible for:
- Define supplier strategy including management and optimisation of supplier panels and apply it in execution.
- Lead negotiations across the group for your category area
- Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a discipline and analytical thinking to execute policy/strategy.
- Operate with autonomy and build robust and strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Uses some judgement and has the ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated, day-to-day problems.
