Your Role
As the Senior Manager for Supply Chain, your primary responsibility will be to lead and guide the department's employees, setting the direction to achieve the company's strategic goals. You will play a crucial role in the supply chain management team.

In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the Purchase, Planning, Shipping, and Compliance teams. Your team ensures the timely delivery of products to our customers. This position requires effective stakeholder management and close collaboration with various internal stakeholders, suppliers, and customers, all while maintaining high compliance standards and continuously improving our processes.
You will support your team by setting direction, assisting in decision-making, prioritising tasks, and removing obstacles. You will ensure that the right skills are available and utilised efficiently across ongoing initiatives and company projects. You and your team will be responsible for driving and supporting updates to our MRP systems, including change management and successful implementation, while maintaining a high-quality mindset.
Supply Chain Management
The Supply Chain team is part of the Supply Chain Management division within Operations. This area consists of three sub-teams: Category Management, Procurement and Supply Chain. As the Senior Manager of Supply Chain, you will report to the Director of Supply Chain Management and be part of the SCM management team.
About You
- You hold a relevant academic degree, such as in Supply Chain or Finance.
- Ideally, you have experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry and a solid understanding of supply chain management.
- Previous management experience in supply chain is highly desirable.
- You are a strong leader who fosters ongoing dialogue with your team to drive performance and development.
- You are results-oriented and naturally embrace continuous improvement through a lean mindset. You thrive in a dynamic environment and can establish a clear direction for your area.
- You excel at balancing short- and long-term plans and targets, ensuring effective stakeholder collaboration.
- You communicate effectively at all levels and are proficient in both Danish and English.
