To qualify for this position, candidates must have:
1. Distribution Centers Experience
The ideal candidate should possess previous experience working with third-party logistics or retailers' warehouses involving material handling systems (conveyor belts).
2.Preventative Maintenance
As the senior manager overseeing engineering and facilities management operations; it's essential that one has extensive knowledge about preventive maintenance techniques used within warehouse environments.
3.Continuous Improvement/Optimization Initiatives
Experience initiating optimization projects aimed towards enhancing efficiency metrics over time would make any applicant desirable
4.Leadership Qualities

Salary: $105K - 115K base compensation
