Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategic plans for supply chain operations in line with company goals, focusing on enhancing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Operations Management: Oversee and manage all aspects of supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution, to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery of products or services.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Performance Analysis: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.
Vendor and Partner Relations: Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other external partners to ensure high-quality standards, cost-effectiveness, and reliable delivery schedules.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks within the supply chain and develop and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
Technology Integration: Leverage technology and automation to streamline processes, improve visibility, and enhance overall supply chain efficiency.
Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for supply chain operations, optimizing costs while maintaining high-quality standards and service levels.
Qualifications:
10 years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain operations.
Strong understanding of supply chain processes, logistics, inventory management, and procurement practices.
Proven track record of implementing process
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems.
