Company Overview:
Our client is a logistics service provider for telecommunications clients. Whilst French fluency is a must, proficiency in English or Dutch is also desirable. The warehouse requires a manager with a strategic mindset to optimise operations and maintain client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a team of foremen and operators whilst maintaining a positive atmosphere.
- Establish and maintain strong connections with clients, ensuring their needs are met.
- Optimise warehouse operations to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Work closely with the operations manager to deliver on strategic objectives.
- Ability to be on site every day.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in logistics and warehousing, with 3+ years of leadership experience.
- Proficiency in Excel and other relevant software.
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to team management.
- Ability to motivate and develop team members to maximise performance.
