DSJ Global is currently partnered with a leading food production company to bring on a Warehouse Manager for their production facility in Asheville, NC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations within the production facility.
- Maintain SQF (Safe Quality Food) standards for warehousing processes.
- Leverage expertise in labor planning to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Promote continuous improvement efforts throughout your team's practices and procedures.
Necessary Skills & Experience:
The ideal candidate should bring strong leadership capabilities along with:
- A minimum experience of three years leading a dynamic warehouse environment preferably within the food sector.
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration.
- Strong planning and organizing skills required to support 24/7 operation in a complex, high-volume DC.
- LEAN/TPM/TPS experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
