We are looking for a proactive and experienced Facilities Manager to join a dynamic team and play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our production infrastructure.
Your Mission:
- Infrastructure Maintenance: Organise and lead preventive and curative maintenance for buildings and facilities, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
- Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee investment projects, from drafting CAPEX proposals to successful implementation.
- Team Leadership: Motivate and guide your team to meet objectives while fostering a positive and diverse work environment.
- Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with contractors, negotiate terms, and monitor project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure buildings and infrastructure remain in excellent condition by addressing repairs and coordinating emergency maintenance.
- Lead the department's budgeting process and monitor financial performance.
- Act as SAP Key User and primary contact for key technical partners.
- Continuously drive productivity improvements and long-term operational enhancements.
About You:
- Experience: 3+ years in facilities management within a production environment.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal communication, team management, and project planning expertise.
- Traits: Independent, flexible, and solution-focused with a hands-on approach.
- Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of SAP, MS Office, and CAD software.
- Languages: Fluent in Dutch and English, with basic knowledge of French.
