Our client, a leading automotive manufacturer, is seeking a Lead Product and Systems Engineer to join their team in Greensboro, North Carolina. This is a permanent position with a salary starting at $125,000.
Responsibilities:
As the Lead Product and Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for product changes and life cycle of the electrical and mechanical components for larger vehicles. You will work closely with other engineers to ensure that products are accurate and meet all specifications. Other responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing new designs and technologies
- Ensuring that designs meet all safety and quality standards
- Conducting research to identify new technologies and trends
- Evaluating key attributes for the vehicle and high-level vehicle system changes
- Working with several teams and team members, including delivering presentations
Skills:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following skills:
- 8-12 years of experience
- Master's Degree in Engineering
- Strong technical knowledge of automotive engineering
- Experience in product design and development
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
