A leading Aftermarket Automotive Parts Retailer is looking to bring on a E-Commerce B2B Digital Manager in the Greater Atlanta area. This role leads efforts to grow business through partnerships with third-party marketplaces, eProcurement platforms, and other digital solutions. The manager will drive digital sales strategies, working with key platforms (e.g., PartsTech, Epicor, Coupa) and large-scale customers such as major accounts, regional repair networks, and collision chains.
The position involves overseeing a team of digital solutions experts who collaborate across functions to implement and expand B2B eCommerce capabilities. This role focuses on building strategic relationships, enhancing platform integrations, and driving customer adoption to deliver a seamless digital experience and maximize revenue.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage relationships with external digital commerce platforms, focusing on the automotive aftermarket sector.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow sales through partnerships and platform enhancements.
- Lead a team of specialists to integrate and optimize eCommerce solutions for customers and partners.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to forecast digital sales, establish goals, and implement growth initiatives.
- Build strong partnerships with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of digital strategies.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Stay ahead of market trends and customer needs to improve digital offerings and enhance the user experience.
- Track and report on the performance of digital partnerships, analyzing their impact on sales and operations.
- Prioritize initiatives based on ROI, sales potential, and cost efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 8 years of experience in B2B digital commerce, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in partner and channel management, eCommerce integrations, and digital operations.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams, with a focus on achieving personal and organizational goals.
- Analytical mindset with a history of using data to inform strategies and decisions.
- Experience in B2B wholesale or retail is a plus.
