Title: Director HSEQ (m/f/d)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Director of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) to oversee HSE initiatives across more than 15 locations within the EMEA region. This role, based in Saxony, involves managing a team of over 10 people and ensuring the highest standards of safety and environmental performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures across all EMEA locations.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international HSE regulations.
- Identify and mitigate potential HSE risks, leading incident investigations.
- Develop and deliver HSE training programs to enhance employee competency.
- Monitor HSE performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree in health and safety, environmental science, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in HSE management, preferably within the chemical industry.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and analytical abilities.
- Ability to foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
