Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Mid to Senior Salesperson with a strong background in 4PL logistics to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the logistics industry. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting their comprehensive 4PL services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the 4PL logistics sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the logistics industry, with a focus on 4PL services.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management, warehousing, and logistics solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
